Always live, personal answering of your phone calls.  Your 2 designated receptionists answer in your company name Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, and screen/announce/patch your calls to your office, home, cell phone, or as instructed.  Simply good customer service that overcomes resistance to voice-mail, significantly reduces hang-ups, and signals to your customers that they are welcome, respected and appreciated.  All callers are announced before being patched through.

Messages taken are noted with date, time, person and priority and are relayed via phone, e-mail, mail, fax, web-box (where you can check your messages 24/7), or as instructed, with frequency as agreed.  In the event of urgent matters requiring instant decision making, we act immediately and contact you.  We are the definite personal alternative to voice-mail, pagers, e-mail, etc. at a low, fixed monthly rate.  See rate sheet for details.

An excellent corporate location for your business.  You can have a fully operational, staffed and furnished Executive Penthouse Office and/or Corporate Address in downtown Chicago for your business without investing a lot of time and money.  Receptionists, secretaries, phone systems, fax, copiers, conference room, mail/fax/e-mail service, mail scanner, and T1 internet access.  All the facilities and people in place – ready when you are!
